You agree not to use the API or API Data to replicate our core service, build a competing API service, or engage in bulk data extraction beyond the needs of your specific application and subscription tier. We do not claim ownership over publicly available biblical texts. However, the API, its structure, curated datasets (such as Strong's numbers, harmonized data, specific translations we license, audio narrations, etc.), and associated software are our intellectual property or that of our licensors.

ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF API DATA

We strive to provide accurate and comprehensive data through the API. However, we are not responsible if API Data is not entirely accurate, complete, or current. The API Data is provided for general information and application development purposes and should not be solely relied upon for critical decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information, or conducting your own verification.
